We do not ‘sell’ houses - our remit is to explore and find properties for prospective buyers doing our utmost to match their requirements and provide advice and guidance. Buying a property abroad is a daunting and stressful process. We strive to reduce the stress factor making your house hunting process exciting, informative and enjoyable, without the pressure of any ‘hard’ sell tactics. We also endeavour to bring to your attention any issues for consideration thus minimising potential pitfalls and costly mistakes.
Many buyers have experienced erroneous information to promote the sale of a property, such as:- extensions were possible when planning regulations did not permit; building licenses were not required when they were. These examples are not uncommon. If an estate agent says “anything is possible in Spain” beware - we write this from our own experience and to our cost. This is the very reason we set up our own business. If we knew then what we know now we would have done things quite differently. We can help and guide you through the minefield giving support and hopefully peace of mind.
