Many buyers have experienced erroneous information to promote the sale of a property, such as:- extensions were possible when planning regulations did not permit; building licenses were not required when they were. These examples are not uncommon. If an estate agent says “anything is possible in Spain” beware - we write this from our own experience and to our cost. This is the very reason we set up our own business. If we knew then what we know now we would have done things quite differently.
