Having completed our initial discussions with you, we shall begin selecting properties. We will email details with ‘genuine’ photographs and descriptions - often agents pictures can be over flattering. Any other useful information will also be provided. We guarantee all properties exist and are available. Viewing trips generally take place over a short timescale and are very time consuming. Therefore, it is important we structure time efficiently allowing time to arrange any secondary viewing's and if required, try and co-ordinate these with relevant services e.g. builders/ architects, thus giving you the opportunity to discuss the feasibility of your ideas and options and obtain cost estimates - very important in the overall decision making process.
Once you have found your property we will gladly help you with the buying process. Whilst we are not associated with any other organisation, we can guide you to various services e.g. solicitors, architects, builders and accountants. However, you may wish to source your own. We can help you set up bank accounts and obtain the all important N.I.E number. Whilst the ‘1-stop’ shop estate agencies appear an easy option, costs can be inflated. By using un-associated firms, fees and the standard of service are often better.
If you wish, we can meet you at Malaga Airport but we recommend hiring a car as it gives you the opportunity to explore various areas more thoroughly. Where possible we can act as your guide. Having pre-booked your viewing's, we will meet and accompany you to each property. Afterwards we spend a little time with you reviewing the properties and hopefully make a short list of potential homes. This is totally informal and not compulsory but clients do find it very useful discussing the pros and cons of each property while still fresh in their minds plus we are on hand to answer any questions. With the vendors permission we can take digital photographs giving you additional computer visuals.
